No Return, No Refund – Exchange Only for Defective or Wrong Product

At Ashroop Fashion, we prioritize customer satisfaction. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we allow exchanges only in cases where a defective or wrong product is received.

We accept exchanges only in the following cases:

  2. Wrong Product: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, you must:

  • Provide a 360-degree parcel opening video as proof of the defect or incorrect product. This video must be shared via WhatsApp at +917219050306 or emailed to ashroopfashionstore2207@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Send back the product within 3 days after your exchange request is approved.

Exchange Process

  1. Raise a Request: Contact us via WhatsApp (+917219050306) or email (ashroopfashionstore2207@gmail.com) within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Provide Video Evidence: Send a 360-degree parcel opening video clearly showing the defect or incorrect product.
  3. Approval: Once verified, we will provide you with the return address for the exchange.
  4. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, we will bear the cost of reshipping the exchanged product.
  5. Exchange Dispatch: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will dispatch the replacement within 3-5 business days.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products without a 360-degree parcel opening video as proof.
  • Items that have been used, washed, or are missing original tags and packaging.
  • Requests made after 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Size exchange requests.

Important Notes

  • No refunds or size exchanges will be provided.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if unavailable, we will help you choose a similar product.
  • The final decision on exchange approval lies solely with Ashroop Fashion.
